2. Eligibility

3. Product Disclaimer

Each jewellery piece is handmade using real flowers, which means slight variations in color, shape, and size are natural and not defects.

The preservation process ensures longevity, but due to the organic nature, flowers may age subtly over time.

We recommend storing pieces away from direct sunlight, moisture, perfumes, and heat.

4. Order Process

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if necessary (e.g., due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

5. Pricing and Payment

6. Shipping & Delivery

No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged items must be reported with photographs and video of opening the packaging within 48 hours of delivery via email to [support@revelajewels.com].

If eligible, we may offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued only at our sole discretion.

8. Custom Orders

Custom pieces (e.g., personalized designs or preserved customer-sent flowers) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Advance payment is required for custom orders.

Timeline and design details will be communicated via email before processing.
