At Revéla Jewels, each piece of jewellery is handcrafted using real, preserved flowers—making every item one-of-a-kind. Due to the delicate, personalized, and artisanal nature of our products, we follow a strict no cancellation and no refund policy.
1. No Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
We begin preparing your piece shortly after the order is confirmed, especially for custom-made or personalized jewellery.
2. No Refunds
We do not offer any refunds for orders, whether placed through our website, social media, or any other official sales channel.
3. Replacement or Store Credit (Only for Damaged Products)
Though each product is carefully inspected before dispatch, if you receive a damaged or defective item, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit, subject to the conditions below:
To qualify:
You must share a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits.
The unboxing video must show the parcel label, sealed packaging, and the damaged product in one continuous shot.
The video must be shared with us via email at revelajewels@gmail.com or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
If approved:
We may offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a store credit equal to the amount paid.
No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
4. Disclaimer
Slight differences in flower color, texture, shape, or arrangement are natural and are not considered defects.
Each piece is made using real botanicals; no two items are identical, which is part of their charm and authenticity.
