Custom or personalized orders may take 7–10 business days depending on the complexity.

However, we will assist you in coordinating with the shipping partner if required.

Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and pin code are accurate.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, re-shipping charges will be applicable.

All orders are securely packed in eco-conscious boxes to protect the jewellery and preserve its beauty during transit.
